Imprinting

Department

Screen Printing consists of three elements: the screen, which is the image carrier, the squeegee, and the ink.

The screen printing process uses aporous mesh fabric stretched tightly over a frame made of wood. A stencil is produced on the mesh screen by a photo chemically induced procedure. We apply ink to the garment by placing the stenciled mesh screen over the material.

Ink is then forced through the fine mesh openings using a squeegee which forces the ink through the screen creating the logo image. There are different ways for printing an image onto a garment. Four color process, uses four different screens to create an image with CMYK colors. Spot color, uses screens for each individual color with vector based artwork. Our staff will review the artwork and image you want to create to determine the best possible procedure for your artwork.

We have a full service graphic art department to help you achieve the image you want. Our artists will work directly with you to create the design for your imprinting needs...... Our shop houses two automatic machines capable of printing 6 color designs, one manuel 4 color press, one numbering press, a cad cutting machine , used for names and #'s and multiple heat seal machines which is used for application.

How do we do it?

Embroidery is the decorating technique of choice for many garments.

   Embroidery

Department

It can be done on most fabrics, including leather and canvas materials. Embroidery is a high quality, long lasting decorating technique and will add interest to any garment.

In order to embroider a garment, a computerized design must be created , which controls what the machine will sew. This process is called digitizing and is done when a specific logo, image or type style is needed to be created.

Our embroidery shop is one of the largest in the Maryland area with over 70 heads which can accommodate any size order.

Our talented staff can advise you on the suitability of your logo for embroidery and design a top quality embroidered image on your selected apparel.
